Trademark Fine Art 'Poppy Garden 1' Canvas Art by Sheila Golden - Size: 24x24, Yellow

Description

Her love of nature, flowers, color and animals has been reflected in her art, which ranges from floral to landscapes, watercolor to acrylic. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting. This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features two red poppies on a yellow background. Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries in Santa Fe, NM, San Francisco and New York City. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. She has received ribbons at numerous festivals, and Sheila's collage art was included in a Calendar of Women Artists. Her work has been published in greeting cards and in film, having done backgrounds for Sesame Street Television and KQED Public Television. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Sheila grew up in the New York area, and was painting by the time she started grade school. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features two red poppies on a yellow background. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
